I was talking to my dad (a die hard life long Dem) about impeachment possibilities. He floated the idea that Pence could be taken down by Mueller before Trump to stop a Ford/Nixon pardon scenario (fingers crossed). While it may be very unlikely, what would happen if Pence is... impeached or whatever it would be called? How would another VP be picked? Dad thought it would involve Congress approval but wasn’t sure the details.
I’m leaning towards it being my ideal scenario... all of them being lead away in chains until we get to Finestein. Hey a girl can dream!

yes, no appetite for impeachment or any other means of removing Trump. I did wonder that - the thing is, they are completely, beyond horrified by him and probably don't mix a huge amount with people who like him....and even they aren't seeing much appetite for it.

obviously they are one family (though if I count all the members of the family they are through three states but I'm not in touch with the grandparents that much and they are in New York anyway).
