"Start Panic Buying Bread!" How bloody irresponsible is this headline

I won't link to it as it's the shitty daily fail. But they are leading with this headline about a tiny amount of snow. I don't care if it is meant to be sarcastic or funny. It's just irresponsible as there will be lots of stupid people who will see it and do exactly that. What on earth were they thinking?

I don't eat bread

I stockpile petrol. I spend a lot of my time on a small island where if the ship can't anchor due to bad weather, then we can be without petrol for however long it takes to get the ship safely nearby and the cables hooked up to it. Most memorable was a four month delay. I literally had to ride my horse to the grocery store. Likewise, I also stockpile most basic grocery items, because if the ship can't anchor, then no basic groceries. It's just how we live out here.
