Isn't that just modernising the brand? Loads of kids seem to wear guci and those 320 basic t shirts

I think there's modernising and then there's appealing to the lowest common denominator to make more money but maybe I'm just a snob.

As previous posters have said, money does not buy class, however, Gucci do many designs to cater for many which are often gratefully received as gifts from fans by my peers, ie, Ramona and Sonja. I do prefer Hermes but each to their own, darlings

Not all their stuff is nasty, I have the double breasted wool coat. It's kind of classic and none of the logo on show. I will only wear designer if it doesnt show the logo obviously, to me that is chavsville!
Like Ralph Lauren or Burberry, they sell to 2 markets, brash new money or old time traditional. You look at their traditional childrens clothing and it may have a tiny logo or just a label inside, the chavsville childrens clothing will have giant logos, etc... same as Burberry.
I actually like per una too, I have no shame in saying so.

I have a theory that they design ugly things and then laugh at the rich people who buy it
