Eeek I couldn't get past the first few seconds. Both my dc have dislocated their elbows as a result of being pulled by friends. Shock

I only got 40 seconds in and felt a bit ill. I dislocated my eldest son's elbow when he was two accidentally pulling him up like that and I didn't do it as hard as those mums on the video! Now I'm super careful about little ones joints, yeah I can't imagine that's good for any of the babies on the video. Although non seem to be upset but that's not the point

I've seen this before... Sad

And the Russian baby yoga person and the man who submerges babies faces in water to "get them used to it"

To get them used to what? Good grief there are some nutters out there. Absolutely crazy I'm relieved that this thread suggests this is not a craze that will be taking off.

@DonkeyPunch88 it's horrible when it happens isn't it, my dr says it's really common but it still made me feel like the worst mother ever.

BlurryFace · 27/11/2017 12:19

Ugh, don't know how they can do that. DS2 has hypermobility and sometimes when walking I've had to grab his hand to stop him throwing himself on a hard pavement/towards the road/running into a driveway (yay nutty 2 y/os) and I can actually feel the wrist joint pull apart then go back and it makes me want to vom a bit.

DonkeyPunch88 · 29/11/2017 09:41

mustang27 I cried all the way to A&E thinking they'd take the kids off of me for being abusive or something. The nurse just gave me a hug and told me if was a lot more common than I realised and at least I'd never do it again. DS1 was absolutely fine but I felt awful for ages
