I'm starting to have breakfast from tomorrow.
I'm usually late up and running around but I'm going to get up half an hour before the kids and am hoping this will help with my energy and mood in the mornings.

But I could do with some inspiration from my mumsnet family!Grin

Got a cat.

Got rid of loads of stuff and did KM on my house.

Same thing for breakfast weekdays - total 0% yoga and a banana. Portable so can eat at home or office. Not the cheapest to buy by cheaper than the pret I was buying. Take a bag of cherry toms, cucumber and carrot every day to work. Ups the veg content of the day and stops me buying a muffin of something.

Left my religion. I feel happy and free!

So many inspiring things on here! I need to do some of these (house de-clutter here I come). I wish I was strong enough to quit Facebook because I KNOW it's bad for my mental health (constantly feeling inferior), but I worry I'll be forgotten about completely Sad. Pathetic really!

Immersed myself into therapy. Life changing stuff as happened because of it. I'm a whole new person and I actually think I like me now. I'm not worthless or useless or only good for one thing.
Lots of small changes through therapy have led to a self awareness and a peace I didn't know possible.

I'd happily get rid of Facebook but it is useful to be in local groups to find tradespeople. Eg last week when my hot water stopped well, being hot, and my usual plumber was busy.

I don't have a big enough freezer to batch cook though occasionally I make 4 portions of something so DH and I can eat half now and half another day.

I started running 7 years ago. That has changed my life and given me some sense of purpose outside family and work.
