I have a couple of questions I coukdbt say in real life.

  1. those people in hotels that have breakfast and then check out - what do you do about tooth brushing?

  2. if you see someone eating a big breakfast do you think they are greedy? I'm self consious when eating a buffet breakfast alone and never know how much to eat.

  1. Always brush my teeth before breakfast-doesn't everyone?
  2. Usually eat breakfast in my room. If room service is not offered then I do what have to do while eating (usually involves writing/read) so do not get the opportunity to judge others. I don't tend to eat more than I normally would just because it's a buffet.

OP - do you brush your teeth after lunch and dinner too? If not, what's the difference?

#i brush teeth when I get up - its apparently better than brushing straight after eating anyway.

Buffet breakfast? Do not give a shit. I am too busy getting as much bacon and eggs and melon slices as I can handle into me.

No it doesn't, it says you should do it last thing at night and on one other occasion during the day.

It definitely did (I'm 100% certain) the last time I looked; they've probably changed the advice.
