to wear a soft bra in bed?

Have recently noticed that my boobs feel very 'heavy' when I take my bra off and put my pj's on at night. Its not a comfortable feeling, and I'm wondering if I should maybe start to have some support at night. I'm a 34DD and 45 now so naturally things are starting to 'ahem' go south. Anyone else noticed this and if so what kind of bra would you suggest?

I love being braless as night and I can't wait to be free again 😂

However through pregnancy and currently breastfeeding so if I do that Ill soak the bed through, so I wear soft sports style bras H&M do fabulous ones!

It's your bed! Wear what you like. I'm a D and wear my normal underwire bra to bed.

I have small boobs and don't need the support but still wear a soft bra to bed since dcs. After extended bf-ing, I cannot bear to have clothing or bedding brush across my nipples and so wear a bra as a non-moveable barrier.

I've recently bought a few soft crop tops you wear under my pjs/ lounge wear but take them off for bed as I always thought it was bad for you to wear bra in bed (can't remember what made me think that though) obviously not.. I'll try it tonight.

I'm am an f cup - I had a lift 14 years ago and always sleep in a bra-- they are perfect, frozen in time... my prized possessions ;)
