Pregnant naked selfies in the bath...

OMG. Is this a thing now??

A friend of mine is 12 weeks pregnant and has just posted on FB - where she has like 800 friends - a naked selfie of her bump in the bath. So bump, pubes hidden by bump, and legs.

All I could think was (1) eurgh, (2) why?? and (3) how inappropriate it was. Why does she want 800 people seeing her naked in the bath? And if anyone comments on the photo, all THEIR friends would be able to see the photo as well.

Should I say anything to her??

WHo cares OP? Block her if it upsets or annoys you. FB is not compulsory you know.... Hmm

I wouldn't be offended, but I do think there's no difference between a photo and your actual body, iyswim. So, would you show all your FB 'friends' your naked lower body in the pub? No? Then don't post photos. Yes? Go crazy.

BonnieF · 29/10/2017 22:51

Yes, YABU and also a prude.

It's just a human body, after all. We've all got one, so what's the fuss about?

amibeingaprude · 29/10/2017 22:58

Haha. Yes, we all have a 'human body', but that doesn't mean I'd show mine to the world on FB!

Employers check FB, don't they, for inappropriate or ill-judged photos. How would most employers look on naked selfies?

Ffs, bingbong, I said above that this is my friend's third pregnancy. She was overweight to start with. But she has a bump now...

That's not what I was asking. I was asking if it was appropriate to post naked pics on FB.
