If you’re with ‘The one’, how do you know?

I knew because I didn't second-guess myself or him.

People grow together or they don't. Sometimes they grow in different directions or they grow apart. I honestly believe that this is a choice and good communication - being strong and clear from the very beginning is vital if you want to be happy together, but ultimately....
Nobody else makes you happy. You choose to be happy - you make changes if you're not, then you get happy again.

Has it occurred to you that you don't want sex because of how you feel about him ? If you were with someone else who you did love you would want sex ? I feel for your eldest.

I know I'm with a one that I want to stay with - the relationship is simple and easy even when the rest of life is some what tough.
He is the only person who makes me smile in the worse times.
The first person I want to tell something to. I sleep better when he is next to me and most of all he just makes my life better.
