Super nervous bride to be here get married in just over 2 weeks. Let's face it though some people just don't know how to behave at a wedding sometimes including the bride and groom. Please tell you your worst story just got fun but it's nice to have another thing to worry about Grin

I wasn't actually present, but DSS, when he was 2, sat under the top table during the speeches chanting "Fuck, fuck, fuck" at the top of his voice.

DP was outside having a fag and DSS's mum was too pissed to notice. She later had an effing, blinding row with the bride's father and called him a racist cunt.

DP never drank a drop at any wedding for years after that, and kept his ex under close surveillance at any social function they went to together. (She's still a foul-mouthed, abusive pisshead 25 years on, and recently got barred from an M&S store at a station; she went ballistic when they refused to sell her a bottle of wine because she was so drunk when she got off the train home from London)

The best man genuinely forgetting my name. I was the bride.Angry But that seems fairly tame.

Photographer bridesmaid and guest caught having a threesome under a very grand staircase in the hotel lobby after the bar closed. Maybe they were bored as the rest of the do was very stuffy and strangely cold emotiinally. That was a friends wedding. Yes. They are now divorced. Sad

Guest got drunk and started peeing in the reception by to cake table in plain sight of everyone. My husband and another guest chucked him out before the poor bride could see what had happened!

Only been to one, a few moments stick out.

My sister pushing my brother's face into a window he was looking through 'as a joke' three minutes before he had to walk our oldest sister down the aisle, so he had to do it with a huge red bump on his forehead.

Bride sister also neglected to mention to our father that he wasn't doing the honours, I can understand it being her choice but his face when he worked out he wasn't and also wasn't invited to the reception will stay with me forever.

Oh, and after the ceremony everyone (including our mum) zipped off in taxis to the reception at oldest sister's house, leaving me (12) and middle sister (14) standing in the carpark in ridiculous heels bride sister had chosen (a size too small). Blush

We walked there barefoot, up hill, and nobody had even noticed we had been missing even though it took ages to get there.

My wedding. My stepmother. Total bitch. Because of her I look back on my wedding day with such pain and sadness and I dread every anniversary.

Brides mother drank so much that she wet herself and had to be put to bed by one of bride's brothers.
