Another vote for "you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. As a union rep I always go for disarming people with kindness and being willing to consider others points of view. Not many people realise that I can be shrewd and bang on the table with the best of them, because I've rarely needed to do it - being charming, acting the innocent and appealing to their better nature usually does the trick and has got great results for members. I leave the attack dog stuff to.my deputies Grin
