Golf bag that is in the way (not put away after being used over a week ago)

DH has left golf bag on trolley in our narrow hallway because he is being passive aggressive/lazy shit.

He played golf approx 10 days ago. Said golf bag must have been in boot of his car then it appeared in hall. Has remained there ever since. It must have been 8 days now. AIBU to aim it in the bin?AIBU to re-position it outside in garden?AIBU to expect him not to deliberately wind me up with this behaviour? That is a lot of AIBUs. Perhaps he is thinking of playing golf this weekend? Perhaps he might be intending on playing regularly now instead of the once of twice a years that has been the 'norm' for the last 12 months.

We have a shed and garage. We have a spare bedroom and a loft.

OP - I think you've c&p your solicited email address in your last post

LornaMumsnet · 29/09/2017 09:13

Hi there OP,

We've removed the email address from your last post - looks like it was posted accidentally and we didn't want to leave it up. Hope that's okay!

A recent and relevant article on emotional labour.

You shouldn't HAVE to ask.

Update Golf Bag is now positioned across the sofa in the lingerie he is living in. I'm not using that room so that suits me fine.

Today he has stayed in a bedroom til middle afternoon then came downstairs and is watching tv.He has not had a drink all day or any food. I am in kitchen now. Cooked my dinner and eaten. Now I'm chilliing and reading and waiting for washing machine to finish cycle.I've got work tomorrow and will prepare my clothes and bag etc.
I feel like moving out but I don't want to leave.

Talk to each other

Or leave

This has gone on for days. You are both sulking and being PA. Who cooks for 1 when there are two in the house?

One of you needs to end the stalemate. Either show some love, if you still feel it, or leave. Either way stop living this God awful existence

Put it on the front lawn.

If someone happens to take it, meh!

What a disrespectful cunt he is, waiting for the little woman to put it away Angry

I was wondering how much he loved his clubs if they were now wearing underwear!!!

BabsGanoush · 01/10/2017 19:11

Hope you cooked yourself his favourite meal? And made extra portion to sit in the fridge for tomorrow (so he see'd it every time he opens the door.

My DH is like this - he leaves stuff lying about and take ages to get round to sorting it. Usually I just tidy it up as it's easier than getting angry at him.

One time he left his bag in the hallway and I decided to see how long it took until he lifted it. I never mentioned it, just waited to see...

15 days!
