To be furious that I've been sent a £100 parking fine from KFC?

We very rarely eat there but one Saturday afternoon the children and i were hungry and I've always had a weird love for their chicken burgers. Went in. Ordered food, ate food, went to loo, had ice cream went to loo again (two DC both seem to need loo moment food arrives). Went home.

Now get £100 fine as it took us 62 minutes to eat. Now i know these are to discourage people from parking and then going off and doing their shopping but we truly didn't!!!

You've got nothing to lose by politely appealing to KFC or the retail park owners and asking them to waive it this time as you were only two minutes over and had spent a reasonable amount. If they say no, then pay - but you have a decent chance they'll cancel it.
