Hi
Can I please have some suggestions...I need to buy around 30 gifts...they are thank you gifts for people I have worked with. My budget is around £7 per person...I know you can't do much with £7 but I just really want to show my appreciation as everyone has been so kind and helped me in what ever way they can.
Any suggestions would be appreciated :-)

What didn't you understand, MrsOverTheRoad...?

I'd take a wild guess and say 'the comment she directly quoted' Hmm Which for the record I also thought was barmy.

Go to Costco. Get each group a huge catering-sized cake and a couple of bottles of fizz. That will honestly be plenty to show your appreciation.

What about just doing Thank You cards?

iwantanewlife · 16/09/2017 04:57

Thank you COUGHLAUGHFART and all the others who gave me some lovely suggestions xx

I can't believe how some ppl are so afraid of kind gestures??! No wonder the world is in a right state at the moment.
I really don't care if ppl think my gesture is over the top, silly or what ever...it says more about them than me.

M&S sell amaryllis bulbs in pots so you can grow your own and they are about £5.

Do ignore the people who are trying to rain on your idea. I think it's great.

Do you really need to buy individual gifts? if so, I'd buy smellies, I woudn't buy £7 worth of sugar per person.

MirandaWest "I thought you were going to say you had £7 in total for 30 people" Me too!
