To ask who is the most annoying person in your life?

Mine is my sil. Yet again there are photos of her on Facebook getting pissed on a Saturday night. She's over forty and has two kids. Meanwhile her recently widowed mum has to look after her kids for her all day today yet again because she is hung over and partner has to work. Dh and I have not had a Saturday evening together since his dad (who is sil's dad) passed away because mil comes to stay with us every weekend. Sil hasn't offered to have her once.

Yet everyone thinks she's wonderful and that her partying is hilarious. I think it's pathetic and selfish and completely gets away with it. That's why she's the most annoying person in my life.

My sister.

Chose a man over my neice. Niece now lives with me. Sister refuses to see niece unless she apologises too the latest man.
Also didn't turn up to her first day of high school, even though she knew her daughter wanted her there at drop off and pick up.
Selfish cow Angry

My partners ex. Out on the piss every single weekend. Drops her son back with us at 9am on the only full day she sees him. Doesn't arrange a different day. (her choice that arrangement too). Oh and we get a massive £20 odd a week in maintenance. But apparently we neglect the poor kid. Mm.

My ex partner's new girlfriend. We split up over 10 years ago, haven't seen each other since and I'm very happily married, yet she's clearly so insecure that she still sees me as a threat. I keep blocking her on social media but she keeps finding new ways to send me messages telling me that he's hers now so I can stay away, along with photos of empty condom packets with captions such as "he's been a busy boy this weekend!" Like I give a fuck!

Mustang27 · 11/09/2017 20:10

lljkk · 11/09/2017 20:42

Me. I can handle everyone else ok. It's just ME that is stressful.

UsedtobeFeckless · 11/09/2017 20:42

Also DS2, who is making random squeaking noises with a recorder.

UsedtobeFeckless · 11/09/2017 20:44

And the oldest cat, who steals cheese every chance she gets and then throws up everywhere as it doesn't agree with her ...

Tour · 11/09/2017 20:45

Have you told your ex? She sounds like a space cadet.

ImNotWhoYouThinkIAmOhNo · 11/09/2017 21:12

Someone at work. Hopefully they won't be there much longer - the wheels are in motion counting the days

dazedandconfused12 · 11/09/2017 21:16

Husband

Mittens1969 · 11/09/2017 21:49

@UsedtobeFeckless, why do you have these cats if they annoy you this much? Although I suppose my DH could find quite a few things to complain about where my cats are concerned too. Grin

Yes, I sent him screenshots of the messages. He was mortified and apologised to me and broke up with her. But now they're back together again and he has blocked me from contacting him!!

Runthejewels · 11/09/2017 23:19

Someone at work, she's a twat! Even her breathing annoys me( I know a bit extreme)

I feel better now that's out my systemGrin

justilou1 · 11/09/2017 23:24

@Tour - You have to tell us! We're all in this together.

Mine is my younger brother. He is 43 and has never worked. Now my mother has died, he has nobody else in his life, so he think it's okay to call me every time he tries to process a thought (for two hours), to yell at me when he's made a decision that turns out to affect him in a negative way, etc.... NOW he's commenting on everything I put on Facebook, despite me restricting his access. His comments are deliberately weird and obtuse - or argumentative. It's only public posts, but it's pissing me off, when some of them are on very woman-specific pages.

MyOtherHusbandIsTomHardy · 11/09/2017 23:29

My cousin - I'm working three jobs as my husband is chronically Ill and can't work.
I'm out of the house from 6am to 6pm 5 days a week.

Her partner works full time but all his correspondence goes to his mums

She claims single parent benefits and has just been offered a course by the job centre which could lead to her having a brilliant career. She also has a cash in hand Job.

She pays no rent as gets full housing benefit yet told me last week that my 600.00 rent a month "was quite fair" Hmm

She also went into school and kicked off last week as they tried to charge her for school dinners when she's a single parent 😫.
She's also planning on getting herself a car so they have one each.

I know it's not an easy life for anyone on benefits but she's taking the piss and this is what gives the people in real need a hard time.
