To say sod it and give them a chip butty for their tea?

My delightful DCs are at a bit of a fussy stage (2 &4). They are much keener on sandwiches and snacks than 'proper food'. Tonight they are supposed to be having pork casserole and baked potatoes with green beans and I know already that that it is going to be vetoed by at least one of them.

We've just been given 2 play sets, a sandwich one and a fish and chips one and they've spent all day making chip butties! WIBU to just make them the real thing for tea?

Did they enjoy their chip butty?

Knowing how perverse children can be, I would have put money on them saying they didn't want the chip butty, they wanted pork casserole instead......
