DS's have been in the garden a lot enjoying the nice weather we've had the last few days. They've had stuff in the garden to okay with, this includes a small swimming pool, baby/toddler trampoline, loads of outdoor small toys and a few footballs.

All 'small items' e.g the footballs and small toys, are put into the boys toy box in the shed along with the trampoline when they've finished playing (usually after tea time). I've left the pool out each night because it won't fit in the shed and obviously I'm not leaving it in my living room all night?!

Neighbour sent her boyfriend round this morning to tell me to move my swimming pool as she doesn't like the sight of it. The gardens aren't connected (we have a shared bin alley between the gardens) the fences are the high ones, and how on earth is this effect her so much?!?! AIBU? Is she a fucking loon?

Get a set of these www.argos.co.uk/product/4963617 and float a few choice letters in the water:
Nosey twat
Fuck you
Hello
Kiss my arse

I have to say I've never noticed her looking at me from her window? But she must spend a lot of time looking at my garden if it's bothering her so much. She has a garden of her own which she never uses, no chair and tables, no toys for her baby nothing? Her baby must be bored and hot in this weather Sad I'd love to have a bigger pool but it wouldn't leave space to walk around the garden properly, I am definitely going to leave the pool out until we have our very last bit of sun, now it's purely to piss her off rather than it being more convenient for usGrinweird woman

She wants you to move something from your own private garden?!

Trustmeimadoggroomer17 · 27/08/2017 19:28

I would of laughed in their face

flumpybear · 27/08/2017 19:30

I love all the witty' idea lol

But seriously, they're bonkers

HiJenny35 · 28/08/2017 00:46

Is her baby crawling? It sounds like it's only sectioned off by paths, is that right? Do you think she might be worried about her child or another child crawling into the pool? Not saying she isn't bonkers ride just wondered if this might be why.

LonginesPrime · 28/08/2017 01:44

Does NDN have a pool, OP? Sounds like someone's jealous!

Does the BF live with her? If not, it's even less his business! I guess there's a possibility that she didn't know he was going round to see you - if she's been complaining about the pool to him and it's either (i) doing his head in or (ii) he wants to solve her problems for her, he might have taken it upon himself to pop round.

They do sound crackers though..

Bimbop5 · 28/08/2017 02:38

That is really bizarre, who even would care? That is nuts! Ignore her!

SabineUndine · 28/08/2017 05:12

Pool party for a dozen kids every weekend and BBQ for their parents. Give her something to moan about. It's the only way.

TroelsLovesSquinkies · 28/08/2017 07:29

She wants you to put the pool away and leave the rest out then she can be a CFN and use your garden as a little play park just for her child.
She sounds jealous she knows her child will want these things as he gets older.
