I was expecting a parcel (shoes) between 11-12 today. At 10.15 I was washing my hair and the doorbell rang, so I grabbed a towel to cover myself and poked my head around the door. I said 'O, you're early' in an attempt to explain why I wasn't dressed, and he just asked for my surname and gave me the parcel (shoebox).
I left the parcel by the door and dashed back to the shower to finish my hair. Now I've just gone to open the parcel and it isn't mine! The driver has given me a parcel for a completely different parcel and postcode 
Now I don't have my shoes that I needed today and have some size 11 Nike trainers instead 
A couple of weeks ago, a DPD driver threw my parcel over someone's garden fence in a different village! I order a lot on line but only seem to have issues with DPD. Yes- I will be contacting them but just wanted to rant.
