To let 12 year old read Curious incident of the dog in the night time?

Bright 12 year old wants to read it based on suggestions on his kindle.

I read it ages ago so can't really remember it but reviews mention a lot of swearing.
Anyone read it recently? Any 12 year olds?

Yeah think I was just having a moment. He hears swearing but hasn't discovered doing it himself yet.... that'll come I suppose!

Has he read "Wonder" by R J Palacio? He might well really like that

I second Wonder, and Auggie and Me (by same author) - both really good books that my DS1 loved
