Argghh!! Just came out of my daughters school and stepped right in it. Right outside the gate FFS!! Can't you just pick it up with one of those charming little poop-a-scoop things. Evil, evil, evil. Rant over.

I pick up my dog's poo, hate doing it, but would never leave it where a child could fall into it. But the other day we drove past the park and saw a woman let her dog poo on the grass and just walk away, this is in a estate where there are small play area for KIDS, and she made me mad.

Another lady lets her dog off the lead walking around the streets, the dog started to rip open my binbags, and when MIL arrived here, she shooed the dog away. The owner had a go at her about my binbags!!! MIL just said 'well THAT thing should be on lead around the street where there are kids'
Some people shouldn't own dogs

did anyone see the programme with cheryl tweedy et al before she married ashley cole. She and her beloved Ashley were in a park and her puppy pooed - so she said to Ashely oh no will you pick it up - He flatly refused so she laughed and said its on a small one leave it. so they left it in the public place a park it looked like. the route to pick up dd from school is litter with shit. I feel like lobbing at the next person it see letting their dog crap and go. not very dignified I know.

I was fortunate enough to catch a dog owner let his dog poop outside my house two weeks ago.

After shouting very loudly "Excuse me, your dog has just crapped outside of my house" (I was not bothered that he was on his mobile at the time) he apologised saying that he was new to the area (so what!) and did not have a bag on him. Luckily I did. Having watched him pick it up, I went inside.

Half an hour later my neighbour came over to tell me she'd seen the whole thing. Thinking the bloke looked dodgy, she watched him walk down the road, taking backward glances at my house. Once he'd established I was safely inside, he deposited his dog's poop in someone's bin!

I called the council's environment department. They took the whole thing very seriously and actually 2 representatives called at my house to say they were checking the area out and then there were new signs about "picking it up" all down the road.

They also informed the police and we've had a community police officer patrol our road and neighbouring roads for the last week.

I've seen him since and he has his own child! She's in a pushchair so I assume he has not had the pleasure of scraping poo out of shoe treads yet...

A friend of mine (now in thirties) is blind in one eye because of dog poo worms (there is a medical name- toxisomethingorother). I have a dog & always pick up after her using nappy sacks. I always carry a few in case she does 2 poos so there is no excuse!
I do get very cross at other people, as the ones who don't bother to clear up probably don't bother to worm their dogs either!

You're not being unreasonable. I pick up my dogs' turds so it infuriates me to see dogs and their owners being given a bad name by those that don't clean up.

Having said that, the story is funny, but it does really annoy me when one of my dogs does a poo, and I'm given a nasty glare or asked "are you going to pick that up then?" before the poor bugger's even finished his poo and I've even had a chance to get my plastic bag out!!

But I don't wear one of those jackets.

When his back is still humped up 🤣🤣🤣
