Exciting news @WhatIsThisWatt - hopefully the CFNs will bugger off once the work is repaired to cut their losses. Wondering how they go about finding replacements for original windows - architectural salvage or making something in keeping?

For some reason earlier my head was mapping the protaganists in this story to Archers characters (I blame @Vango for this).

• SpanGran could be Aunty Satya
• Nice planning lady shocked at the desecration could be Kirsty
• GTB could be Hayley.
