They've got the repairs under way quite quickly, I suppose the planners want to check that they're using all the right materials and so on. Perhaps Bill Nighy will be with them, get a pic if he is.

I would still dearly love to know if the sales material from when the CFNs bought the flat made it sound like it included rights to access your garden, or if it was entirely their own idea. After all, on the CFN parking thread, the CFN got the agents to include a parking space in the details when it wasn't his.
