4 year old though - only just.

OwlinaTree · 31/07/2017 22:53

Raisin wheats and milk, 2 scotch pancakes
1 slice cream cheese sandwich, fromage frais, chocolate biscuit, banana, fruit juice (in a cafe)
Salmon, potatoes, broccoli, peas, nectarine, banana and a bit of cheese for tea. Water mainly to drink, he'll drink milk but he's not that keen.

Flopjustwantscoffee · 31/07/2017 22:55

Porridge, cracker with peanut butter, soup and bread for lunch, fruit for afternoon snack (at the nursery so forgot to ask what), a peach given to him by nice next door lady when we got in, bolgnese on toast, very dilute squash, a handful of gravel from the garden (his favorite snack apparently), large cup of milk. And water through the day.

WorkingBling · 31/07/2017 23:24

Weetabix and yoghurt
Blackberries (while walking dog!)
2x squashmums
Cold Lamb, bread and butter, avocado, feta and tomato (rejected tomato).
Babybel
Pizza (leftovers), banana
Ice lolly.

I was dazzled as she hasn't been eating much recently. She also insisted I cut up the pizza so she could eat it with her fork! Smile

stopgap · 01/08/2017 00:11

Organic chicken sausage and French toast.
Smoothie of almond milk, bananas and whey protein
Strawberries
Cashew butter sandwich
Vanilla yoghurt
Tacos with steak, kidney beans and half an avocado

And drank only water today, although usually he switches between water and very diluted juice. He also has the occasional. Fruit shoot if we're at a playgym and his friends are having one. I don't like them but I'm. Not going to worry about one a week.

Dontknowwherethelineis · 01/08/2017 01:27

Oh and raisins and cashew nuts. Don't know why I feel the need toake this a fully comprehensive list but I do!

And part of an ice lolly at the park (3 or 4 bites)
Mainly drank water today. Juice with dinner and milk before bed.

user1472334322 · 01/08/2017 01:31

I think he prefers water to drink but chooses juice when big brother does!

NaiceHam · 01/08/2017 01:50

Why did you ask Bibs2014? To be reassured?

Mine had

porridge (half milk, half water)
raisins
small slice cold (home made last night) pizza
2 sausages and a small microwaved jacket potato
home made flapjack
half an apple
some mango and pineapple
1 cup of milk with breakfast and one at bed time
only drinks water - juice on special occasions.

Refused and kind of veg since coming off purees but loves most fruit?

Areyoufree · 01/08/2017 06:10

Beige carbs. As per usual. Sigh.

yourewelcome · 01/08/2017 06:38

Porridge and syrup

This is quite a good day.

Picnic lunch so had a couple of bits of baguette with butter, lump of cheese, a pot of strawberries and some mini cheddars for lunch.
Banana mid afternoon.

Ecureuil · 01/08/2017 06:47

Oops posted too soon!
Pasta with tomato and red pepper sauce with a side of broccoli for dinner. Greek yoghurt with some honey afterwards.
She will only drink water! Doesn't like squash/fruit shoots. She likes pineapple juice and will occasionally have a glass of that when we're in a restaurant.

Bibs2014 · 01/08/2017 20:22

Naice - I asked for reassurance. They all look pretty similar to DS's diet. Thanks all.
