Do you think CFNs are living somewhere else nearby during the "renovations" where they can see your flat? They seem to have a knack of knowing when you have gone out!

Oh no Whattyy. I know planning are dealing as a top priority but as a solicitor myself (not in this specialism) can I suggest you chase up your own lawyer. Planning can only do so much and I think a lawyer could really help with what your options are to stop garden access etc. Good luck, I know this thread is awesome for us following and we admire you but it must be super stressful. They must have left when I was on the phone, if they are the owners then they'll have to come back.

From what you have said you have done absolutely everything right, the only thing i would be doing now is placing something heavy and substantial in front of the offending doors, blocking access to your garden. Maybe a trellis planter filled with stones at the bottom and then planted with flowers giving you something nice to look at, then if they do touch it you will know.

Yeah if builders are owners you don't need pics of them or the vans and planning are aware who they are don't put yourself at risk pics it will make them angry!

If it turns out owners and builders are different surely planning can find out who they are! From all the sale documents so they will get their just deserts!

Wow! Have been reading this all weekend and never had a chance to post! The threads are just to quick and filling up to quick, even this one has had pages added to it as I have been ready it! It has been entertaining to read, but it must be very frustrating for the OP to have to go through it all and from what I have read, its not going to be a quick fix.

As long as OP goes through all the proper channels talking to the correct people re planning/building/legal they they wont have a leg to stand on.

Just catching up op and can't believe how they reacted toward you. Their behaviour is strange and incredibly suspicious.
They know how much trouble they are in and I'm sorry to say it but I genuinely suspect they have been keeping an eye out to see when you leave the building.
