OP have you tried looking on local estate agent websites/Rightmove/Googling the full address for next door? You may find either a 'To Let' listing or if they are developers, there may be some small mention of it somewhere online. Search through a few pages on Google. Say 4 or 5 pages. I'd say if they are developers then something would be found somewhere in an online search. Just likely to be several pages into the results.
