Bloody hell! I'm glad you were able to get screenshots before they were deleted.

It's a shame the council gave the scumbag neighbours notice that they were coming as it gives them time to prepare some sort of "defense". But hopefully all your other info will outweigh any crap scumbag neighbour can come up with.

Might it be worth submitting the screenshots to the council before their inspection?

I'm confident that CFN will deny that there is any need to park on your drive and I think you need to show that there is an actual NEED for additional parking spaces solely for commercial purposes and having screenshots where he actively encourages parking on your drive confirms this 'need'.

Have you printed the photos where he parked his own car on your other drive too? And make sure you print the photo of his employee's car as again this shows the 'need' for additional space. Hopefully they will tell CFN to buggar off to a commercial unit which fulfils their needs!

AlphaBites how come no-one noticed these parking instructions on website before? Has he recently added them?

What's weird is, if he had come to @AlphaBites and NDN in advance and said, nicely, "is there any agreement we could come to please", perhaps in return for fees and agreed times, this would not even be an issue.

It is incredible that he tells clients to park on your drive, and WELL DONE for screenshitting (not screenshotting!) the evidence before he removed it.

I feel sure the planning guys are going to take action, with all the complaints, the photos of people parking on your drive, and the screenshits...
