Hi ... summer holidays looming .... a great time to hang out with 15 yo DD while away... We love games like Articulate, Racing Demon, Bananagrams, Forbidden Island, Charades... even Settlers of Katan.... and quite enjoy Sussed...

AIBU to ask for some great recommendations for having a good time with a teen during the summer hols? What are your favourite games and why?

My three are into bananagrams at the moment for some inexplicable reason

Mine like Dominion and are still fond of a card game called Frog Juice

They play a lot of multiplayer games on the Wiiu now rather than board games (sob!)

Will check out Exploding Kittens - sounds fun

Shut the box is a favourite here. Dominos and Scrabble too.

yes card against humanity - played with my 13 and 15 year old plus my 71 year old mum - fantastic :D

Carcassonne is a fab game - simple to learn but trickier to master. Try Puerto Rico if you like Settlers - more complex but good.
