To be honest the 'entertainment' part is generous.

Is it "modern day presidential" to bully others over Twitter? To go on daily rants? To discuss women bleeding? I could go on.

I'd never actually watched 'The Apprentice', I must confess.

We don't know what would have happened, but it could be argued that Trump won in spite of his social media presence.
Being present is good. Insulting and attacking people isn't.
He also fails to distinguish between campaigning and governing.

Using social media is fine.

But it's how you use it. Attacking the free press, diplomacy in 140 characters and sexism etc. Plus it's what you don't say. Why are some things not discussed - what message does that send?
