I will only post a picture if you say it's ok to do so.
It appeared on my leg overnight, it hurts and looks revolting.
It will compromise what I can wear! (It's just below my knee).

I would definitely pop it...Like a pp said, put a warm/hot compress on it first to draw it out then pop, with a needle if necessary and get as much of the stuff out as possible. Then clean it and put some savlon on.

Oucha! I gotta say i would lovw to squeeze that but only if it was mine hahaha. I would burn the end of a needle to srerilise it and pierce a hole as to squeeze all the puss out. Then clean it

I get these all the time (diabetic so skin prone to any type of infection!) Mostly I slosh loads of tcp on - smelly but effective - and they go but sometimes I need antibiotics to clear it up if it gets too infected. I find squeezing makes it worse. Also, I get a nice patch of reddish purple on my skin for a while when they have gone so be prepared for that!
