It appeared on my leg overnight, it hurts and looks revolting.
It will compromise what I can wear! (It's just below my knee).

It's very superficial, do the hot flannel whoshallibe suggested. How have you not popped that yet?? Come on!

Remember to set up your phone to record before you start with the hot water and flannel........ Should be able to get some good pictures.....

You shouldn't pop boils, apparently, but you have to let them take their course or have them popped at the doctor's if they won't go.

To help draw the pus to the top, you can use hot compresses or some black cream that smells like petrol. No kidding. Later just squeeze out the remainder once it's open and put a plaster over it to make sure it doesn't get infected.
