£100 per month I could get, someone would pay that. But £400 per month in Yorkshire? Hmm.

Just realised it's 5 mins away from where I live, it's on a busy dual carriageway and I suspect I know which house it is as there's a big house converted into separate apartments. Unfortunately the house is in the middle of the grounds of a business that sells shed, with other units such as a garage right behind. I bet it's grim living there to be honest.

Not all of Wakefield is a shithole but you could rent an entire house in a nice area for not much more than that.

Laughed at the comment about how it would suit an institutionalised ex convict - Wakefield does have one of the highest security prisons in the country. Maybe someone coming out of a long stretch there is their target market?

That is well expensive for Wakefield! I can't believe they didn't even put a curtain around the toilet!

You could get a genuinely nice en suite room in Leeds for not much more than that.
