Cringe! 😖

To think this babygrow is awful!
OP posts:
MikeUniformMike · 16/06/2017 13:07

Oh Tali, that babygro is offensive on several levels.
Thanks for the link.

Patriciathestripper1 · 16/06/2017 13:08

Shock omg what a horrible thing to put a beautiful baby in.

TaliZorahVasNormandy · 16/06/2017 13:09

If someone had bought that for my DD when she was a baby, I'd have used it to wipe her bum, nevermind her wearing it.

Orlandointhewilderness · 16/06/2017 13:09

Oh that is awful!

MikeUniformMike · 16/06/2017 13:10

If anyone had given it to me when DDs were babies I would have refused to accept it.

justkeepswimmingg · 16/06/2017 13:10

Yep, it's gross. I've seen similar before, and it really makes me cringe. But hey, each to their own as they say Confused

MaggieMeldrum · 16/06/2017 13:11

What shop was this in?

Edsheeranalbumparty · 16/06/2017 13:12

Wowzers, that's worse than the blowjob one because this one has not so subtle undertones of rape Shock

Seriously, who would buy that?

MaggieMeldrum · 16/06/2017 13:14

Op, can you let us know what shop this is because I think we should all be complaining

Winterc00kie · 16/06/2017 13:16

let me guess....B&M Baaaaargins?

TheMysteriousJackelope · 16/06/2017 13:20

Sparepants I have seen your nephew's Babygro for sale in a shop in St. Ives. So I guess people who visit St. Ives buy them. I would guess hipster men in neck beards trying to be edgy and instead being tacky and vulgar.

Mummyoflittledragon · 16/06/2017 13:25

I'm the by-product of rape.. This is exactly my reaction to the op.

Coddiwomple · 16/06/2017 13:34

at least the baby is too young to read this

Sadly people's taste don't seem to improve much when the kids grow-up

Funnyface1 · 16/06/2017 13:36

Wildly inappropriate, yanbu.

FiftyShadesOfDuckEggBlue · 16/06/2017 13:39

AWFUL. Shock I'd be tempted to report this or write a letter of complaint.

LanaKanesLeftNippleTassle I'm having this too with DD in riot grrrl band babygrows. Grin

BlueCaravelle · 16/06/2017 13:48

It's the kind of thing I've seen in Poundland along with the 'I like It doggy style' dog coats 🤢

wheresmyphone · 16/06/2017 13:49

OP: where did you see it?

Thefuryroad · 16/06/2017 13:49

Can't find the pic I took, but I saw one in Miami that said "I got this from my dad" above an arrow pointing to the baby's penis, which is both gross and stupid because it implies the dad has a tiny baby dick Confused

diddl · 16/06/2017 13:50

I didn't think rape, but I did think unplanned.

puddingpen · 16/06/2017 13:52

Omg they are everywhere - Amazon, Etsy...
If "Mommy" did not want sex, then she was raped. This trivialises rape and that is never okay. How are these things allowed to exist.

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 16/06/2017 13:53

Woah! Awful.

ILoveDolly · 16/06/2017 13:55

This is so tasteless and unfunny

sailorcherries · 16/06/2017 14:04

That is horrible.

I did put my cat in babygro from B&M after she was spayed (her head and neck were too small for the cone and we needed to stop her getting at the incision). I didn't realise the babygro had "I ran out of womb" or something similar emblazoned across it. I felt awful, but couldn't help laugh.

seafoodeatit · 16/06/2017 14:06

YANBU, there are plenty of these on the market and seem to make the news every now and then, a lot of it is done for media attention and I also because there are probably parents who have this sense of humor, it's almost as bad as the padded bikinis for kids a few years ago.

ToastyFingers · 16/06/2017 14:23

DH was given one of the "all daddy wanted was a blowjob" vests by his ex boss when dd1 was born.

It didn't get worn, obviously, and it confirmed to me that he was a total creep.
