Surely, these should warrant some serious types of social service input, yes?

You only have to see the damage anorexia does to the body to see what bullshit they are peddling. No fucking way are they not eating.

The issue is there are always a vulnerable few who will believe them.

On How to eat well for less yesterday, they said a takeaway pizza was 2000 calories. That would last them a few days. Still have empty cupboards and no washing up.

Well...I suppose it might work in the way the 5:2 diet worked for me.

Fast days I was fine, other days I just binged.

Reader, I did not lose weight Grin

TizzyDongue · 15/06/2017 18:34

Pretty sure the midwife in the video said something about babies passing through birth control.

Or something

Stopped listening at the part about cutting women and vaginas I have to confess. Didn't need to hear why my children are doomed (presumed that's where it was going. I could be wrong).

Breatharian = made up oddness

ShesNoNormanPace · 15/06/2017 18:38

Didn't she say that she only ate solids 4-5 times during pregnancy? I presume the rest of the time she was eating liquidised Mars Bars to stay that weight Grin

The DM comments are worth reading. Lots about people in famine stricken areas just not breathing hard enough Hmm

PodgeBod · 15/06/2017 20:39

It's fascinating. Not the living-on-air nonsense, but two people telling such an obvious lie, publicly, and standing by it.

StealthPolarBear · 15/06/2017 22:05

If it's a con what are they getting from it?
Are they selling slim fast shakes that are just empty cartons

NomDePlumeReloaded · 15/06/2017 22:35

Dangerous, culty bollocks.

Vintagegoth · 15/06/2017 22:43

My mum was not aware she was pregnant with me. She thought she was gaining weight, so went on a diet. I was born early and weighed 3lbs. After I was born my Mum's teeth started to crumble as I had leached all the calcium from them to build my bones. Any restricted diet that is not under medical supervision during pregnancy is stupid.

Riversleep · 15/06/2017 22:51

There are parent who were recently arrested in Belgium I think after their 7 month old baby died because they fed it an 'alternative' diet. They are liars, and dangerous ones at that You can't survive on broth and some fruit. If some deluded person decides to try this for reasl, they would be very ill.

HildaOg · 15/06/2017 23:06

They're getting enough calories everyday from somewhere, if they ate as claimed they would be emaciated, yet not a bone sticking out... Perfectly normal looking people eat normal amounts.

BillSykesDog · 15/06/2017 23:09

It's a load of bollocks from people who try to start cults/get loads of money out of the gullible.
