Had a swanky new bath in the bathroom. Obvs Hmm. It's very wide.

I've never been a bath fan, probably because of been rather ahem sturdy, touch opportunity for wibbly wobbly navel gazing.

But new bath, shrinking body, I thought why tfh not?

Shoitsters it's uncomfortable!Shock

Currently sitting up after trying on my back, on my front, recovery position (better than expected actually). So now what? Give it up?

Anyone successful in the Art of Comfy Bathery?

You have to have it deep with loads of bubbles - to the point that your children will tell you off for your excessive habits if they catch you. I buy multiple bottles of radox when they're on offer for a pound so no guilt about sloshing it in. You also need a shelf, ledge or small table by the bath to hold your drink of choice (wine, hot chocolate, peppermint tea) and also book and/or ipad or other source of music or other entertainment. I burn incense in the bathroom as well because I'm a bit of a hippy. And I have recently discovered that a hand towel folded up and rested on the edge makes an excellent pillow. I love baths, they're my happy place. No one is allowed to disturb me unless it's life or death stuff Grin

Rubber bath mat in the bottom of the bath helps you get a purchase if you're short and float off.
