AG Sessions will testify before the Senate Intel Committee on Tuesday. Please read, ADD TO, and RETWEET these 20 QUESTIONS for him.
(1) After recusing yourself from the Russia probe, did you discuss it—even in passing—with anyone at the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, or White House?
(2) Did the topic of the Russia probe come up—even in passing—as you compiled data or assisted the White House in selecting an FBI Director?
(3) Please list all remedial actions you took when the FBI Director informed you that POTUS sought, inappropriately, to meet alone with him.
(4) Please list every meeting you had with a Russian citizen from June 1st, 2015 to the present—with attendees—and supply any notes taken.
(5) Please list every meeting you had about the Russia probe with current or former Trump staffers prior to your recusal from the probe.
(6) When you volunteered under oath you'd not met with any Russians during the campaign, were you forgetting or withholding these meetings?
(Note on Question #6: The question, when phrased this way, almost certainly allows Bob Mueller to get the AG on perjury with either answer.)
(7) Please list all attendees—including Trump and Mr. Kislyak—at the private "VIP" cocktail hour at the Mayflower Hotel on April 27, 2016.
(8) How many meetings did the Trump campaign hold with the Russian, Italian, or Singaporean ambassadors on April 27—whether or not you went?
(9) Please list all attendees of any meetings the Trump campaign held with the Russian, Italian, and/or Singaporean ambassadors on April 27.
(10) To your knowledge, how many meetings did Trump's campaign ever have with the Russian, Italian, and Singaporean ambassadors? Who went?
(11) Please list all meetings you attended (or know of) at which Trump's stance on Russian sanctions was discussed with a foreign national.
(12) Are you aware of any contacts—besides with Comey—POTUS had with the DOJ, FBI, CIA, DNI, NSA, or others in the IC on the Russia probe?
(13) Please discuss in detail your role, as the head of Trump's foreign policy team, in formulating a Russia policy. List all you consulted.
(14) How many meetings with Russia's ambassador did you have in the decade before you joined the Trump campaign? Were notes taken then?
(15) Please describe—step by step—how you came to recommend Comey's firing over the handling of a probe you'd already recused yourself from.
(16) If you recused yourself from the Russia probe only due to your work on Trump's campaign—as you've said—why did you wait till March 2?
(17) Did you ask POTUS what he discussed with your subordinate when he threw you out of the Oval to talk with him about a probe you ran?
(18) What exactly—in detail—were the roles of Carter Page, Paul Manafort, and J.D. Gordon in crafting and executing Trump's Russia policy?
(19) Did you have meetings or communications with representatives of the Hungarian government or Hungarian intelligence during the campaign?
(20) What do you know about these meetings/calls, and when did you learn it: Kushner/Kislyak; Kushner/Gorkov; Flynn/Kislyak; Gordon/Kislyak.
(BONUS) Please list everyone—inside or outside the Trump campaign—who assisted Mr. Trump in writing his April 27, 2016 Mayflower speech.
(BONUS2) As to any question he refuses to answer: "On what legal basis do you refuse? If 'privilege,' who asserted it, and when, and how?"
(BONUS3) Has Mr. Trump ever urged—or even discussed with you—reversing your recusal from the Russia probe? Has he threatened to fire you?
(BONUS4) You "corrected" some of your under-oath answers to questions we previously asked you. Any other past answers you want to correct?
(BONUS5) Do you commit yourself to updating Congress IMMEDIATELY should your answers to any of our questions today change in any particular?
(BONUS6) In your legal opinion, does a sitting POTUS have carte blanche to intercede in pending FBI probes? Is this why you let him do it?
(BONUS7) Has POTUS ever demanded a loyalty oath from you personally or—to your knowledge—any other person in or out of his administration?
(BONUS8) Have you observed—or heard of—POTUS acting in a way that would ordinarily be a criminal offense? Who would or did you report it to?
(BONUS9) Are any of these men still advisers to POTUS in any degree or capacity: Erik Prince; Paul Manafort; Roger Stone; Boris Epshteyn.
(BONUS10) And are any of THESE men still advisers to POTUS in any degree or capacity: Bud McFarlane; Richard Burt; Felix Sater; Carter Page.
(PS) Don't forget: you can't refuse to answer a Congressional query without legal basis. So Sessions would have to answer ALL these queries.
