To ask those who voted labour.. How old are you?

Not posting this to start a massive politics debate I'm just interested in the above question.

I voted labour, I put something about it on social media and a few older people have commented saying I obviously don't have "brains or life experience as them" & "young ones voting labour don't know what they are getting themselves in for".

I'm hoping I'll be proved wrong.
Not that it matters but I'm late 20s and those who made these comments range between 50-60.

Hope this doesn't come across as ageist, it's not my intention at all Blush

52, lifelong lib dem but voted tactically due to our rubbish first past the post system. Sons 23, 22 and 19 voted labour.

To be fair, I live in an absolute labour stronghold. Out of every single person I know who lives near me,, from 18 to 90 years old, I can only think of 2 people who voted conservative and they are both 30.

  1. I have voted Labour in every election at which I've been eligible (2001 onwards), although this was the one where I found it most difficult to decide, principally due to local issues.
