Hannah do you have any outside space? For the last few weeks, whenever I get the chance I've been sorting out my small front garden. Apart from the satisfaction of it starting to look half-decent, I've had some really lovely short chats with people walking along. Just enough to be pleasant, and out a smile on my face. It's possibly different circumstances but something outdoors, not too long at a time might be quite nice? Is there anything going on in your local area? Where I am, and I think they're rolling it out further, is a kind of doorstep campaign where people go around knocking on doors asking them to attend a coffee morning etc. You could be either a befriender or a befriendee
