To think that if the SNP backed off we could oust the Tories?

Just this really.

I understand the Scots have their agenda and that's fine for them and I'm not having a pop at the Scottish, they've got their reasons.

It just feels like if they weren't there taking the Scottish Labour seats (assuming Scotland will go the same way it did in 2015) then there'd be a better chance we could oust the Tories.

I feel totally powerless that's all and I've been festering on this!

Actually there is comparison. Yh there are stupid nasty pro indy trolls who spout absolute shite, which SNP condemns. And there are stupid nasty unionist trolls who spout absolute shite. Which other unionists seems to downplay/claim doesnt happen/look the other way. Unionists are just as guilty of attacking people who are pro indy, look at the shite andy murray was subjected to. Even on here there was some unionist troll claiming voting independence was asking to be murdered. There wasnt any real outrage at that. I didnt start wailing woe is me, cos there are idiots all over. Independence trolls dont define SNP any more that unionist trolls define Torys. And please show evidence where the SNP have encouraged trolling.

Coalition of Chaos.

Yawn.

Then blame Labour because they are the reason they'll lose this election.

Lochan · 07/06/2017 21:09

I think your ire and disappointment would be better directed at the Labour Party for failing to provide a credible opposition for many years tbh. You can't blame the SNP for that.

Have you seen tactical guite to get snp out in the telegraph

I have always voted labour. I'm currently sitting with my polling card and not got a scooby what to do. I loathe the snp, labour is not a viable option imho, no clue who to vote!. I know a few lifelong labour supporters voting Tory.

GloriaV · 08/06/2017 10:36

I disagree with the tactical vote Tory for Dumfries and Galloway. Because D&G was strong Labour until SNP got in relatively recently. So a tactical vote should be Labour - as surely former Labour voters will go back to Labour not to Tory.
