and i have to drive so that dp's dad can have a drink. it doesnt seem to matter that it would be quite nice if i could have a glass of wine with my meal but nobody bothered to think about that

why haven't you posted oit on my weahte r thread

anorak · 18/03/2007 12:13

I would lard about as long as I felt like it then go out without the car and booze heavily, then come back when I felt like it in a taxi. I would brook no criticism. Upon arriving back I would seize the remote control and put on something I like and then petulantly demand to be brought cheese on toast.

And my DH would bring it too. He knows his place.

Is it still snowing??

Radley · 18/03/2007 12:49

Get yourself a glass of wine and then 'accidentally of purpose' forget that you are meant to be driving.

Have you actually mentioned that you don't want to drive?
Some men need things stating very clearly - they probably think you're happy to drive because you always do.
