I don't really understand but from what I'm seeing on Twitter there's something like 5,000 following DT every half an hour and it's up to huge numbers, and regular twitter a/cs (non bots) that follow DT are being blocked. Someone said it was what's going on in his 'War Room' he's set up to combat the Russia allegations - apparently it's a war on social media...
