Mayonnaise and supermarket sandwiches!

For those of you who don't eat mayonnaise, what have you found a part from duck, beef Burrito wraps and tuna? Or have you just given up already and gone for the salads?

Does Marks and Spencer have some secrets but I haven't found yet? Waitrose and Tesco have a very limited selection of mayonnaise and egg free sandwiches.

Can you have a breadless sandwich? A breadless cheese sandwich would be just a slice of cheese then - technically not a sandwich?

Find a place which makes sandwiches to order, or get Subway. At a pinch M and S Wensleydale and carrot chutney or smoked salmon and cream cheese. If none of the above are an option there's always cheese and onion or Cornish pasties, but only if desperate.

I loathe sandwiches that are dripping with mayonnaise. Pret a Manger do a nice roll with ham, gherkins and butter, it's practically the only ready-made sandwich I'll buy.

I rely on the duck wraps tbh! Tesco do do a nice one with falafel but it's very hit and miss if they stock it.

Gregs do a peri peri chicken flatbread that it nice but I darent go in there to often as I get sidetracked by the Belgian buns

Tesco have "just chicken" and "just ham" sandwiches.

Every time I think of Tesco's ham only sandwich - it reminds me of this..

M&S do a roast beef with onion chutney - best sandwich I have ever tasted !!

I've just had a spinach and falafel wrap from M&S - no mayo

Boots do an Onion Bhaji, Roasted Cauliflower & Mango Chutney wrap
