In wanting to kill my BIL despite his severe medical condition - ssistis

I do realise that my BIL suffers from a severe medical condition but that does not stop me from wanting to kill him for his very inappropriate behaviour.

Some of you may also know people with this medical condition and so I am seeking advice on how to handle it. "ssistis" has the following symptoms the main ones (but not limited to) being:

Selfish
Self-centred
Self-serving
Self-absorbed
Self-righteous
Self-entitled

The following signs are always missing:

Kindness
Empathy
Understanding
Generosity

Any suggestions on how to deal with my BIL who has the most severe form of this condition greatly received as I have just had another night of no sleep due to his behaviour.

He sounds vile. I feel for you.

DP has a vile BIL. We should transport them both to an uninhabited island where they can be vile together.

We make sure we see as little of him as possible, by going early to family gatherings when we know they're not going to turn up till later and so on.

I did personal care, I can clean up any amount of shit, vomit etc, but I expect certain behaviour around the dinner table.

It becomes about respect. I rarely eat with my eldest DD because of it, she took it as a joke. It spoils holidays, but it's her that won't keep her mouth shut.

You should enjoy a meal and if someone around the table was deliberately making me feel uncomfortable, I wouldn't continue to eat with them.

OP, start to distance yourself from him and make that his last chance.
