I saw an interview with the photographer who took the Ed Milliband bacon buttie pic on tv a while back. He said their cameras take a fast series of snaps rather than just one picture and you can often catch something which is not representative and would not even be noticed by people watching. This may be one of those

Mummyoflittledragon · 20/05/2017 13:19

Grin. Bless!

Shockers · 20/05/2017 13:19

I think his intention is more obvious on this one Grin.

Poor kid. Maybe he caught sight of a commoner. Understandable reaction.

BertrandRussell · 20/05/2017 13:44

"Sod the proles"

Mind you, if it was aimed at whoever made the poor brat wear those breeks I'd have some sympathy with him.......

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 20/05/2017 13:47

I've worked in infant classes and DC are frequently sticking two fingers up, but they aren't really. He's probably just saying "Pippa will be here in 2 minutes".

The second photo is a fab one of Kate and Charlotte.

BattleaxeGalactica · 20/05/2017 13:51

I suspect a quiet revolt against being made to wear those ghastly kecks.

Hilarious Grin

5moreminutes · 20/05/2017 14:11

The clothes are truly hideous - why do people make children wear such incredibly ridiculous outfits for formal occasions? Can't blame the poor sprog.

PacificDogwod · 20/05/2017 14:16

Leave him be..
A young child caught for perpetuity in a split second pose - who know what he was doing or gesticulating?

I like the outfits Smile

coldcanary · 20/05/2017 15:26

Actually I've changed my mind - DD did that to me half an hour ago. She was talking about the class pets. 2 of them.
I really need to work on making sure she has her hand the right way around before she does that to her rather prim grandparents...

dementedma · 20/05/2017 15:30

agree the second one is lovely of Kate and the wee one!

JennyOnAPlate · 20/05/2017 15:31

BastardBloodAndSand · 20/05/2017 15:58

The one of kate giving the kids a bollocking complete with death glare is hilarious too 😂😂😂

Topuptheglass · 20/05/2017 16:02

Is Kate a bridesmaid?

I've honestly never known bridesmaids to wear hats!

SpikeGilesSandwich · 20/05/2017 19:34

She's married so she couldn't be a bridesmaid.

Shockers · 20/05/2017 20:14

It's clearly something he's trying out for size. Bet his parents are mortified!

She's married so she couldn't be a bridesmaid.

All my bridesmaids were married.

CaveMum · 20/05/2017 20:38

According to this link he was actually counting by holding up his fingers - there's a shot of him with three fingers up

dementedma · 20/05/2017 20:44

Kate looks murderous in that pic!!Grin

PacificDogwod · 20/05/2017 20:47

Leave the kid alone!

OhTheRoses · 20/05/2017 20:51

It's the stuff memories are made of. I went to a very posh wedding once where one of the page boys got up during the service and had a wee wee in the flowers decorating the end of the pew.

All went on behind th bride and groom and the congregation shook but didn't let out a snort or giggle so nobody knew until afterwards. Grin

OhTheRoses · 20/05/2017 20:55

Was it one of the Sebires btw? I worked with one once. He was brilliant and v entertaining. Could just be a chip off the old block. In which case he will go far and be incredibly good company when he's a grown up. Perhaps he'll marry Charlotte Grin

acquilegiannie · 20/05/2017 20:56

I think the kid will be more embarrassed when he grows up to see himself holding his male friends hand, in gold lame trousers aswell.... Unless -
