To think Vogue WIlliams should be invited to Pippa's wedding and feel for Spencer ?

This hoopla / wedding/ media circus has reportedly 300 guests tomorrow. The reason meghan markle is now invited is because Pippa wants to be invited to Harry 's day if there is one-just my tuppence. Spencer is her brother in law to be fgs . To say Vogue is media obsessed is pot calling kettle ( just surmising the reason for it ) also according to the media donna air as james middletons girlfriend will be there
id say with the carry on with this wedding luxury throne loos etc mrs matthews must be shivering in her shoes as to the daughter in law she is getting . Pippa is being portrayed as a right princess but its the Matthews who are seriously wealthy. Talk about pippa landing on her feet. How are the Middletons so well off now when neither of the parents came from Wealth?. Kate and pippa have really made good.

Does anyone else think that James Middleton looks like George V or Nicholas II with that beard?

Andylion · 21/05/2017 22:47

George is sulky and petulant and is used to getting his own way.
Hmm

Or he is just a typical 3 year old who is overwhelmed at the day's events.

Andylion · 21/05/2017 22:49

And now that I've read (most of) the full thread Blush I see that others agree with me regarding James M.

HelsinkiLights · 22/05/2017 01:08

George is a typical 3 year old.

SuperBeagle · 22/05/2017 01:56

George was probably bored af like anyone else would've been.

CreamCheez · 22/05/2017 02:09

Syria. Feck sake! I got out of my sick bed to buy The Sun, especially for the Pippa Wedding Exclusive Pull-Out.

AwaywiththePixies27 · 22/05/2017 06:31

Aren't most three year olds sulky? Hmm

VanillaSugar · 22/05/2017 06:43

And there I was, thinking he was four. Honestly, you learn a new thing everyday!

Those flowers are stunning! Why was her bouquet so poxy? Is it a posh thing to have a tiny one?

OpalTree · 22/05/2017 09:10

The only thing that was missing is that i think she could have held a silver heart shaped helium balloon for the photos. Wink

TheThingsIDoForYouLot · 22/05/2017 09:12

Final one - Englefield house where the drinks reception happened straight after the service..

Is Syria the only thing people are allowed to start a thread on then?

CreamCheez · 22/05/2017 09:22

McTufty, her bouquet. I was annoyed to see the satin handle. Surely that should be disguised by ribbons or strategically placed flowers? Looked sloppy!

www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/05/22/lewd-best-mans-speech-pippa-middletons-wedding-bride-likened/ Looks like the best man's speech was a bit close to the bone Confused

Run4Fun · 22/05/2017 11:03

Pippa's Uncle was invited to the ceremony and didn't get an invitation to the evening celebrations. Megan was excluded from the ceremony but invited to the evening celebrations. There was a photo of Harry driving Megan to the reception.

Run4Fun · 22/05/2017 11:11

The reference in the speech about the dog was more tongue in cheek than leud. Not sure about the reference to gay bars without having the full context. How do the media know what was said when it was a private event?

ComingUpTrumps · 22/05/2017 11:14

It's not really funny is it though Run. It's quite awkward.

Maybe I'm a prude, but I wouldn't want my husband's best man to talk about me like that, even if it was meant as a joke. I'd find it quite offensive.

Maudlinmaud · 22/05/2017 11:16

Really? I saw his instagram(?) post in the paper, detailing his daughters wedding outfit and thanking Selfridges for their help. So did he eat at Chiltern firehouse instead of going to the reception? I guess he is known as being very indiscreet.

Rachel0Greep · 22/05/2017 12:24

Beautiful dress, she looked stunning. I think Kate looked lovely too.

I am in my element here, looking through photos of the day, and reading any thread that I can find. I looooove weddings!

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/05/2017 12:31

Thanks so much for the flower photos, Thing ... I was really disappointed that the media didn't make more of those, so it was lovely to see them Smile

CoolCarrie · 22/05/2017 12:37

Didn't like Kate's dress, looking ill fitting and didn't do much for her tbh, but she seemed to do well with the kid wrangling with help, no doubt , from the nanny in her uniform

JaneEyre70 · 22/05/2017 13:35

The flowers are exquisite, my mum is a florist and I've set a fair few weddings up with her over the years but none like these! My mum was a bit annoyed about her bouquet though and the visible handle.....she thought it wasn't in proportion to her dress.

I was under the impression small bouquets and visible handles are 'in' where you have an extensive flower display on the fittings, as they did.

A big bouquet is for when your decorations are non-floral.

I may be wrong though
