To think Vogue WIlliams should be invited to Pippa's wedding and feel for Spencer ?

This hoopla / wedding/ media circus has reportedly 300 guests tomorrow. The reason meghan markle is now invited is because Pippa wants to be invited to Harry 's day if there is one-just my tuppence. Spencer is her brother in law to be fgs . To say Vogue is media obsessed is pot calling kettle ( just surmising the reason for it ) also according to the media donna air as james middletons girlfriend will be there
id say with the carry on with this wedding luxury throne loos etc mrs matthews must be shivering in her shoes as to the daughter in law she is getting . Pippa is being portrayed as a right princess but its the Matthews who are seriously wealthy. Talk about pippa landing on her feet. How are the Middletons so well off now when neither of the parents came from Wealth?. Kate and pippa have really made good.

Aw, she looks blissfully happy, bless.

I wish Carole had worn something a bit more bling though. It's a touch dull.

No Meghan (shame), looks like Donna's the only one who got special dispensation. So Vogue needn't feel so down about it after all OP.

Radyward · 20/05/2017 17:26

Where is mrs matthews ?

I cannot believe Megan wasn't invited. Pippa will be sitting at home when Harry and Megan get married.

This is Media Studies gold. I'm saving the whole thread.

Best is the way people write as if they know these characters' profound interior lives. Bless.

Ah there's always one patronising poster who finds the time to condescend to the rest of us. Bless...

Cocolepew · 20/05/2017 17:47

Meghan is only going to the after do.
It must be true because my mum told me.

Maudlinmaud · 20/05/2017 17:50

Yes we realise we don't know these people. I mean most of us are commoners looking up at the toffs and wishing our lIves where just like theirs. Or it could just be for entertainment purposes.

DagenhamRoundhouse · 20/05/2017 18:03

Who is Vogue Willliams?

TheThingsIDoForYouLot · 20/05/2017 18:04

Oh, do keep up 😂

Batteriesallgone · 20/05/2017 18:07

So umm Things....all those pics you took? Any word from MNHQ yet on letting you put them up?

TheThingsIDoForYouLot · 20/05/2017 18:18

Not a sausage. Have rather had my thunder stolen by Getty Images now, anyway, who were 30ft closer and with proper cameras. Maybe I can do some nosy-person shots of the flowers in the church at the service tomorrow 🌸

Maudlinmaud · 20/05/2017 18:19

Things who did you see in the flesh?

LordRothermereBlackshirtCunt · 20/05/2017 18:25

Ooh, yes, the flowers look lovely! Do get some shots for us, Things!

TheThingsIDoForYouLot · 20/05/2017 18:32

100 or so of us residents, plus press, were viewing from an area around 30m back and to the left of the church, and the B-list guests were channelled right past us (poor things!) so we all got to wave at Donna Air, Roger Federer and Mrs Federer, and lots of misc men in awful tartan trousers (and the lady wearing a skirt inspired by fruit pastilles).

A-list guests I.e royals and Middleton's arrived from Englefield House on the right-hand side of the church, so you could see them through the trees, but not so well - relied on the press to tell us who they were - noticed James Middleton & Carol arriving, and of course Pippa & her dad in the open-top car. Never saw Wills or Catherine (in the church before 10.45 when we arrived, I assume) and the royal children were hidden behind the rolls-Royce as they entered 🙁.

My husband dragged me away during the service (he has no idea you were relying on me!) so missed the exits.. it was all very jolly and British though. Classic Jilly Cooper 😀

Just had a peep at the pics in the mail. Pippa has got very like Kate. Must be the hair up.

diddl · 20/05/2017 19:12

" Her partner needed to find some better socks."

I loved the socks-though that it was a bit of fun.

In all honesty, I didn't hate the tartan trousers either.

Why not have fun-the women do!

podstick · 20/05/2017 19:21

Who are all these people and why should I care!

MumBod · 20/05/2017 19:25

Pippa is 'NOT an attractive woman' ?

Fucking hell, I'm glad you can't see me. Are you Helen of Troy?

HurricaneHalle · 20/05/2017 19:29

Didn't Brian Westlife go off with Delta wotsername?

ClopySow · 20/05/2017 19:29

Pippa looked radiant and beautiful and lovely BUT is not an attractive woman underneath all the fixtures and fittings

Congratulations! You win the shittiest comment of the week award. Imagine saying that about someone on their wedding day.

Maudlinmaud · 20/05/2017 19:33

I think she never looked more radiant. Really very pretty.

TheThingsIDoForYouLot · 20/05/2017 19:33

Pippa - if you're reading this, I think you're stunning and I wish I had worn your wedding dress, it was MUCH nicer than mine x 😊
