AIBU to just want my appliances to leave me alone?

I've recently moved from an old house with not so up to date appliances to a new build where everything is brand spanking new. It's nice to have modern appliances that work - but it feels like everything is just constantly beeping at me!

Microwave: beeps for a full minute after it's done.
Washing machine: plays a kind of beepy tune when it's done, and repeats beeping noises until I open the door.
Tumble dryer: beeps when done. Beeps at regular intervals until I intervene.

The dishwasher is my only ally but that's because I tend to put it on in the evening and I can't hear the beeping from the other end of the house! I know it's still beeping at me though.

I'm sure there are more; just can't think of the less annoying ones at the moment.

This is lighthearted, mainly - but honestly sometimes I feel like it's driving me insane! DD is 9 months and has recently learned the power of crying to get what she wants.
Also we have two cats who make noises at me incessantly until I drop what I'm doing and see to their needs. I've got enough going on. AIBU to feel that additional nagging by my household appliances is just a bridge too far?! Angry

the fridge. Useful in ine way but really fucking annoying when you're putting a large shop away & the bastard is bleeping incessantly! mine does it so I have to keep pressing the sticky out button at the bottom of the door to shut it up for 5 mins to carry on unpacking shopping.

those with the doorbell issues, you can reset them to a different wavelength so car remotes, other remote doorbells etc don't affect them by changing the channels. mine has little black plastic bits inside that could be moved around to change channel of communication, just take out and re align with the doorbell bit and battery pack by removing the batteries and then putting back in.

The fridge is the one that annoys me the most - I sometimes leave the door open on purpose (and ignore the beeping) just to teach it who is in charge. It's me who runs the kitchen, not the fridge with its insescant beeping telling me what to do.

Yes beeping appliances bugs the shit out of me too. Should be quiet like in the old days. And don't get me started on all the bloody internet of things smart appliances. Absolute balls.
