More 'am I being over sensitive'

Had an interview earlier this week and was offered a position. I got some really lovely feedback including that I am a 'wonderful role model.'

Relayed this to DH later who laughed rather unpleasantly I think.

Am I being prickly or should I talk to him about it?

Well, that's the risk you get when you post really but yeah ... I wish they hadn't used this thread. My fault mind.

It really wasn't a pleasant laugh though and DH can be quite - not sure of the word - scathing about my 'achievements' sometimes so maybe I was on the defensive.

Well I think that is what chav meant. I would laugh but it wouldn't be a scathing laugh. So only you know how he laughed and if there was any malice involved.

How is the rest of your relationship? Is it generally respectful or do you think there might be deeper problems?

I did say it was an unpleasant laugh, though :) which was mocked on Twitter Sad

Twitter can mock to its heart's content. Nasty people say and do nasty things and laugh in a nasty way. It sounds as though he generally undermines you, and I'm sorry you've come on here and been undermined again.
