Kansas 'big win', not by a long shot, Donny-boy! It was much closer than past history would indicate. What I'm interested in is the numbers on Democrat voter turnout. We need to see if getting vocal and stressing voting is doing any good. And if not, what's the next step?
I live in a 'red' district in a 'blue' state. It is being pounded into our heads that we must vote, and get others to vote. I told DH that we're volunteering our 7 passenger van to drive voters to the polls if need be.
One thing that I think would help would be to stress absentee voting. In CA you can choose permanent absentee voting if you want to (we have). I think the CA Dem Committee needs to stress this to voters. It's easy, quick, and you can make your request online. There's no excuse in CA for not voting. My son registered online, too.
