When she was part of a genial Geordie family on gogglebox, I thought she was cute, and quite funny.

Then she won 'I'm a celebrity.'

Now, every time I turn on the tv she is THERE.

In addition, she has a weightloss dvd (where she lost 2 stone and dropped 3 dress sizes with the help of a trainer!) Though she appears to regained it all.

And she is writing a book (yawn...)

And now rumour has it that she is in line to present a new channel 4 chat show.

She was cute in gogglebox, pretty good to watch in I'm a celeb, but on Ant and Dec, she is quite amateurish - probably because she has zero experience presenting. Heaven knows what her chat show is going to be like!

I feel she is going to end up burnt out within the next year. I mean it's good that she's making money, and she seems pleasant, but jeeez I am sick of seeing her face now.

Therefore she'll be doing as much as she can and earning as much as she can, before it all comes to an end.

I don't think she's regained the weight but that dress she had on tonight didn't do her any favours.

But to have fame and adulation and attention and exposure for a year or so. Then it stops. Hard to cope with when you become part of joe public again. That's why I'm glad.

I like her on Ant and Dec and she always made me laugh on Gogglebox. I didn't watch I'm a Celeb. I think she has natural comic timing , seems quite quick with the funny one liners and is completely natural in front of the camera. My kids loved her.

I haven't seen Scarlett Moffatt on anything else, but then I don't watch any of the shite listed in the OP. Those kind of programs create the need for slebs so stop watching if you don't like that whole culture of popular but talentless fame.

I think she is FANTASTIC. It's lovely to see "the girl next door" making it. You can see she is genuine, honest as humble.

I'm actually shocked there is a thread that puts her down really. We are all entitled to our opinion and mine is she absolutely ROCKS and is a breath of fresh air!

She's an 'alright in small doses' kind of person, I did find her funny on gogglbox, wasn't overly keen on her in Celeb and I did roll my eyes when I went to watch Celebrity Juice and she was on it. She was a bit out of her depth on Celeb Juice when she was among proper funny people (I know MN might not share that opinion but I find CJ hilarious). She does seem to be popping up on everything at the moment.

That being said she is being savvy and making as much as possible and to that I say good luck to her.

That Gogglebox thing must be edited, too. Her "comic timing" is probably someone else's idea of comic timing. She offers nothing and will have zero longevity.

She has already written a book. I read a sample of it on Amazon where she ranted about being expected to be slim to be accepted as a woman and how she was perfectly happy how she was, thanks very much.

And then someone obviously offered her shedloads of money to make a diet and exercise DVD.

She is very clever and genuine - I knew her a long time ago but am assured she has never changed. A bright girl using the ppportunity while she can. Good luck to her.
