Best way I've had it was very slightly charred on a bbq, with butter, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. But not in March!

Dunked in boiling water for a few minutes then sauteed in butter and served with poached trout

Griddled in a pan. Crumble over some feta (or other cheese) and sprinkle on capers. Enjoy with some nice bread.
I also like it on pizza.
